Unlike most other teen comedies the Harold and Kumar Saga is impressively well developed and the characters feel real. Modern comedy movies often portray men as brainless and driven by their urges, here for once we have opposite characters who people can actually relate to despite the ridiculous story. The 3D aspect of the movie seems to be an integral part of the humor and story, while the young director contributes an artistic flair that a lot of people are optimistic about.

Harold and Kumar 3 is to be released in 3D and on Christmas which explains the ridiculously straightforward name of the movie. There have been plot revelations about Christmas trees and so on but I won't be getting into any spoiler territory any further.
